We are back in our study of the book of Proverbs, having taken a break from our Passover reflections -- we are really glad you liked (!) them ... we love sharing what we have been shown, freely, now and always!!

Just look at the news..... and speaking of news....
If you were watching, you would notice that the Pentagon recently declassified some more images of "Unexplained Aerial Phenomena" (apparently the term UFO was too specific in referring to flying objects, to describe things in the sky we don't understand ? ). A lot of talking heads on TV saying this that and the other thing.... let us help you out with our consumer friendly advice !!
Just going by the official video on C-SPAN, the following things are clear:
1. This has been going on for some time.... at least 30 years or more. This program is the third try (by the Navy after the Air Force was done --- bet the Marines want to meet ET too...). So, this is new, and our defence establishment has been well aware of this fact.
2. If these "phenomena" wanted to hurt us, the DOD will admit, that there is not one thing we can do about it. ( They will not admit to being able to do SOMETHING, but it is clearly not enough if we were attacked en-masse.). These craft play in military airspace with impunity.
3. There are documented (and admitted) 400 sightings.... enough to say that this is not coincidence, conspiracy, or kooks.
The Bible has said all along that we are not alone in the universe. That we should pay attention to the celestial objects that we can see (sun, moon, stars) because apart from their practical utility, they also tell us about seasons, and times. That we are surrounded on all sides by beings that we cannot see! ... and that the realm of the spirit and mind is more real and tangible than the world we can sense around us.
And in that realm, the key is the heart. That is what is as open to the LORD's eyes as are these printed letters to your eye. The heart is where HE wants to live, to bring us into closer communion with HIS ways, HIS ideas -- and not to judge by the outward appearance of deeds and accomplishments, but by the strength and resolve of a person's character.
"For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him." - 2 Chron 16:9
So, be aware that the times are drawing to a close, but don't worry!
And that brings us to our text for this week. It is a collection of verses in sequence that express a complete theology in 9 verses, bookended by a beginning and ending verse that says ---- all of everything --- flows from the LORD. Flow WITH Him, and experience a different kind of existence and transcendent peace that you wish the whole planet shared with you!!!
Don't try hard, just let go and trust Him?
Sometimes it is better for the Word to speak to you directly, than us trying to add anything to it... and we would much rather you experience Him FIRST HAND than through our eyes ... so we will say no more, but encourage you to read this weeks passage for yourself, slowly, and think of what HE is saying to YOU!! ?
